Max Monday is a weekly event in Pokémon GO where a different featured Dynamax Pokémon takes over all Max Battles at Power Spots for one hour every Monday evening from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time.
During the Legendary Flight event, which runs from January 20 to February 9, 2025, Dynamax Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres make their Pokémon GO Dynamax debuts.
The schedule for Max Mondays during this event is as follows:
After their Max Monday debuts, these Dynamax legendary birds may appear in Max Battles at some Power Spots for one week at the times listed below:
- January 20 to 27, 2025: Dynamax Articuno
- January 27 to February 3, 2025: Dynamax Zapdos
- February 3 to 9, 2025: Dynamax Moltres
During these events, you can encounter Dynamax Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres in five-star Max Battles. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one.
Additionally, there are Timed Research opportunities available every weekend leading into each Legendary Flight Max Battle week, offering encounters with Dynamax Pokémon that are strong choices for your battle team.
To maximize your chances for victory, consider using the Campfire feature to find nearby Max Battles and connect with other Trainers.
